Do I need to design the data model?
No. Describe the outcome you want and Sofie handles the records, identity and duplicate rules, and automation. You are asked only for genuine business decisions and approvals.
Can external partners use a Surface?
Yes, by invitation. Guests get view or participate access and see only what the invitation allows. Invitations default to 14 days and can last up to a year.
Are exported slides editable?
Yes. PowerPoint exports from Slides are editable decks, built with your organization's logo and brand colors.
What stops an Action from doing the wrong thing?
Actions are checked on the server against their eligibility rules before they run, duplicates are prevented, and consequential steps wait for human approval.
